Cover Characteristic(3)

Cover Characteristics is a weekly meme hosted by Sugar and Snark. Each week there's a new topic and you pick out at least five covers that fit into the weekly topic. Anyone can participate, all you have to do is grab there button (you can find it on there blog) or make your own button, link back to them, and then go to there weekly posts and leave them your link so they can check it out!

I've decided to use the days I usually don't post anything to try and catch up on the Cover Characteristics I missed because I love this meme.

This weeks Cover Characteristic is:
 Forest/Woods

1. Here by Denise Grover Swank, I seriously love this cover. It's so creepy and eerie and I love how behind the girl you can see silhouettes of other people lurking in the background.

2. Conjure by Lea Nolan, this cover really reminds me of an innocent fairy or something lost in the woods or maybe even Alice in Wonderland. Either way, I love this cover too.

3. Fallen by Lauren Kate, I loved this series and I love all of the covers. This isn't my favorite of the series but it still is a beautiful cover. I love the contrast of her pale skin with the dark dress. I also really like the detail in the trees and the birds.

4. Unearthly by Cynthia Hand, I'm dying to read this book! This cover is stunning. The model is beautiful and the cover really has that angelic feel to it. The feather is a cute touch!

5. Eden by Jamie McGuire, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jamie McGuire. Her writing is amazing. Beautiful Disaster is one of my favorite NA novels and her Providence series, which is what series Eden is from, is equally as amazing for me. I adore all of the covers, especially this one. It's really creepy and when I first looked at it I was really intrigued to find out what was in the carriage. Obviously a baby but it makes me feel like some creepy Chucky doll is going to pop out and murder me or something.

What do you guys think? Do you guys agree with my picks or would you choose differently? I like how most of the covers that include woods/forest are super creepy and dark. Hope you all have a fantastic start to your weekend!
